Responsibilities
- Answering questions regarding Aquaveo software by email and phone
- Verifying and reporting issues found by users
- Communicating with other departments (e.g. documentation, sales) to help meet customer needs
Qualifications
- Willing and available to put in the time to learn multiple complex software programs
- Previous problem-solving/troubleshooting experience
- Strong written and oral communication skills
Preferred Skills
- Background/current student in Civil Engineering, hydrology, or similar field
- Technical writing experience
