Responsibilities

  • Answering questions regarding Aquaveo software by email and phone
  • Verifying and reporting issues found by users
  • Communicating with other departments (e.g. documentation, sales) to help meet customer needs

Qualifications

  • Willing and available to put in the time to learn multiple complex software programs
  • Previous problem-solving/troubleshooting experience
  • Strong written and oral communication skills

Preferred Skills

  • Background/current student in Civil Engineering, hydrology, or similar field
  • Technical writing experience
