Technical Support

Welcome to the Aquaveo technical support pages. We provide free basic technical support to all current maintenance license holders of GMS, SMS, and WMS.

Beginning with the newest versions of GMS, SMS, and WMS, upgrade fees will be eliminated. Aquaveo will be switching to a maintenance model. Click here for more information regarding the maintenance model. As part of this change, starting March 1, 2008, the serial number for the license will be required in order to receive technical support for GMS v6.5, and starting April 1, 2008, the serial number for the license will be required in order to receive technical support for SMS v10.0.
