Aquaveo is committed to providing value to every customer. Unlike most Software companies we offer 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. We allow our customers to return any product within 30 days of purchase. The following guidelines and instructions must be followed in order to process a return:
- Your request for a return must be made within 30 days of the invoice date.
- Return requests must be made by calling 801 302-1400, or by sending an email to Customer Service at email@example.com
- Return requests must include the product purchased, the purchase date, the invoice number, and the reason for the return.
- Once your return request is authorized, you will be given a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Each return MUST have a RMA number. Please write down the RMA number outside of the box when you return your merchandise. This will enable us to process the return accurately and with a minimum of delay. Returns received without an RMA number will not be processed. RMA numbers are valid for 15 days.
- When returning product, we recommend the use of a carrier that tracks packages. Aquaveo is not responsible for return shipping costs or for returned merchandise lost in transit.
- All return (s) must have the original packaging, CDs, serial numbers and manual.
- Refunds will be processed within 30 days.
